Second Round is a tool to help you write and roast your resume. By using it you agree to these terms. Second Round is operated by an individual based in Illinois, USA.

The service

Second Round is in active development. We work hard to make the output useful and honest, but it’s a tool: read every word before you send anything to a real employer. You’re responsible for what you submit.

Your content

You own everything you upload. You grant Second Round a limited license to store and process that content only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no bulk automation or scraping, no uploading content you don’t have the right to use, no illegal use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Pro is a recurring subscription (weekly or monthly) billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; your access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t offer refunds, so cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee you’ll get an interview or a job.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Round is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
